cancelled flight for 9/28 sephoria

I had a connecting flight from Houston to ATL. My airline ended up cancelling my flight so I was stuck for 7 hours in a different city trying to get to ATL. They couldn’t reschedule me until Sunday 9/29 to go to ATL but my VIP session is for 9/28 10am, which is pointless for me. All the other airlines had 4x price hike on the remaining few flights out to ATL. I could not justify spending almost $700-$900 for economy one way ticket. I ended up going back home to Houston. Now I’m going to miss my Saturday session due to the natural disaster. I’m soooooo mad and upset!!!
