Sephoria Friday AM cancelled 😭

Sephoria 24 Friday am is cancelled. My daughter and her friend are devastated as we were already getting ready for the event this morning. Is there anyway to get tickets to a different session? We need 4. Come on @Sephoria24 please let people who can’t make it sell or transfer tickets.

I can't even wrap my mind around the fact that they aren't letting us pick up our swag bags or exchange tickets with someone who can't make it?!

We need 4 tickets desperately for my daughter and her friend. This is my daughter's Christmas present and she has had her outfit laying out for a week and talked about this day for months.  She is crushed.

We’ve flown in from Australia. Last year I flew in to New York and my session was cancelled. Crushed.

I have 2 Saturday tickets that I can't use anymore because my flight got cancelled and my hotel also refunded due to the storm. There is no way for me to start driving and get there on time now and idk if I want to even risk it with the storm. Called customer service and they said they can't do anything, no refunds and no transfers. 

I really wish I could give these tickets up to someone who could actually use them. We paid a lot and now all Sephora is doing is eating our cash without providing anything.
