My daughter and I purchased tickets back in summer for this event. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to Atlanta today due to the damages and power outages from the hurricane.i called Sephora and was told they were unable to give refunds unless the event was cancelled and they were not allowed to send swag bags. Come on! Sephora needs to do better. We pay hundreds of dollars for those tickets. There was a hurricane and a state of emergency. Give a little grace for the folks who purchased tickets and tried to make it to the event!

Same!! Sephora has yet to post anything acknowledging the issues with the event due to the hurricane or in sympathy with all of its affected patrons. Wasted my money. I chatted with customer service and they said Sephora is not doing anything about it. I would completely understand under normal circumstances but this was a CATEGORY 3 HURRICANE hurling towards Atlanta!
