Heyy! So I’m kinda annoyed. Last year I purchased two VIP tickets for NYC, flew into the city got the hotel stay etc… only for the event to be cancelled a half hour before the scheduled time. Sephora was great and gave me a refund, but they never shipped me my two swag bags. I waited for months, talked to customer service over 10 times… bags never came so they credited me 200 insider points (ehhh). But I was told because this happened, I would have the opportunity to purchase the same tickets for the 2024 event. I emailed customer service once the tickets went for sale with no response. The tickets are now totally sold out, and I feel like I kinda got screwed over. I spent so much money last year flying into NYC and on the hotel, I really wanted to go. I’ve reached out to customer support so many times and they really haven’t helped- I feel like I’m getting robotic responses back. Not sure what to do at this point!!

So if anyone has extra tickets and wants to sell them PLEASE keep me in mind, I’ll buy them for higher than purchase value. I love Sephora but I am totally disappointed in their customer service and support. I’ve been rouge since the program began and I felt like they forgot about me 😭

@ceileann The tickets can’t be transferred once you purchase them so not sure how you would use it.

I ended up getting two vip tickets through the rewards bazaar!

I was thinking if someone purchased multiple tickets and one of their friends wasn’t able to go. The tickets would all be in that one persons name. I’m hoping customer service gets back to me, I have the transcripts from the rep I spoke to last year and I’m hoping they do the right thing 😭

It clearly states that the tickets cannot be transferred on their website.

Clearly I would prefer to purchase the tickets the correct way through Sephora but have been unsuccessful with customer service. Just trying another avenue. Didn’t mean to ruffle feathers. 

As I previously said, hopefully customer support escalate the issue and make things right.

@ceileann I just wanted to make sure you didn’t waste your money by buying another persons ticket thinking you could get in and then they denied access to you because it’s stated on their site.
