I got my box yesterday! It’s great - like a treasure hunt within the paper shreds.
But I have no info as to how to take part in Sephoria tomorrow. No instructions in the box and no emails about how to join virtually. Is it just open to all despite the “registration”?
@newcarlee I had no information either, my mom who signed up only for the free virtual experience had an email and everything, so I just signed up last night to make sure I would have the link today. I was surprised that I did not receive the email though still
Like @WinglessOne, nothing was in the Spam folder, no agenda email, nothing. But thank you for the re-assurance from your past experience that I would.
I ended up receiving the email with the link 2 min before 10am PT and missed a chunk of the Tatcha Masterclass due to time needed to figure out how to navigate the event. A bit of a letdown as I love Tatcha and that was one of my aims from the agenda that @SportyGirly125 sent out but what I did catch was good info. It’s an interesting set-up!
@newcarlee @The email with the schedule got sent out yesterday afternoon. Today in the morning you should get an email with a link to join.

@newcarlee You're not alone: I didn't get any Sephoria related email yesterday* either. In fact, the only email I've received is my receipt from day of kit purchase. Hopefully they'll send all registered folks email with a link later this morning. If not, there are 2 customer service emails in the footer of the Sephoria page; I guess the eventique address is the right one for registration issues.
For reference, I did get an entry link email last year for Sephoria 2021. I also got a 2021 schedule beforehand. Didn't get that either this year, so I'm super thankful to @SportyGirly125 for posting the schedule below!
*Yes, I checked both my spam and junk folders for the email address I provided. As the owner and admin of that domain, web host account, and mail server account, I can see if inbound email was either filtered to spam or bounced. Neither of those happened here, so I assume I was never sent email in the first place.
@WinglessOne @Oh no sorry you didn’t get the schedule. I registered with two different emails and received them both. Maybe it was a glitch in their system like how one of the invoices came hours later for one of the kits. Crossing my fingers you get the link this morning.

Hi @newcarlee ! You may want to check your email or spam folder, I got a message at 1:01 pm MDT today that says They’ll send a login email/link tomorrow at 9:45 am Pacific. I’m sore people will post here tomorrow as things unfold. But if you don’t see anything, check the main SEPHORiA website and there should be costumer service info there. Have fun!!
I loved this, very cool. But I also did not get a list of events, just a link to the house, and I downloaded the wallet so I could get the NFT, which I did. And got the bonus 500 points. It's the first time I have ever participated in anything virtual like this, so it was confusing for a while, and I didn't figure out how to click to get to live classes, but I loved it, and everything was so beautiful!

Check your emails. I just got tracking for my Sephoria box. Like I have mentioned before the box usually ships a week before the event.
what email does it come from? sephoria or sephora’s email? i received a confirmation email when i purchased but other than that i haven’t heard anything

You won't receive an email once your Experience Kit has been shipped. However, it should arrive 4-6 weeks after purchasing it! If you don't receive your kit within the 4-6 weeks, please email: sephoria2022@eventique.com for assistance. Thank you!

My boxes showed up and I received no tracking number until about 2 weeks after I received them @giabu22. The same thing happened last year but I live close to where the boxes were shipped from.
@giabu22 I got an email because I have a Fedex and UPS account. It was an email from Fedex.
Wow! Those are great boxes. I wish I could have gotten one, but Sephora would not ship them to my Post Office Box, even though that is where I get all my orders and where the Sephora credit card still send me the bill. I'm still kind of bummed about that.
