I had completely forgotten about it; I paid for this back in July, and aside from one email with a receipt, I haven't heard a thing.Wasn't this supposed to be shipped in September?

I received my 15 off coupon today and it is only valid through October 11, 2023. I thought it would last a month, very sad because i think won't use it.

@CAR15 @They said it could take up to 15 business days to show up on the terms.

Nothing not even a tracking number. They have moderators going on these posts saying that we should be expecting something soon but they’ve been saying this for weeks

For those that couldn’t visit the actual event like me. I signed up for the virtual event with an included bag of product samples which was supposed to be delivered before the event, and it hasn’t showed for many many people

I believe there was a sample bag with purchase.

@momotarutaru @If you are talking about the virtual bag you have to pay for it is being shipped out in October.
