Quick question, can you get a birthday gift if you have no points? I bought a product once from Sephora but didn’t get the points for it. Also do you have to make a purchase with the gift or not?

Also, if you go to a Sephora and they tell you that a minimum $25 is required to get your Beauty Birthday Gift in the store, this is not true. Contact customer service if this happens (speaking from experience).

@MonicaMiller2 as long as you are  an insider you can get a birthday gift.  If you order it online you need to spend a minimum $25
