Any recommendations for a solid skincare regime for dry skin?

I'd recommend using a light cleanser, a toner, and a light moisturizer! I use the cleanser once a day, the toner (I use witch hazel with lavender) after the cleanser or first thing in the morning/before I go to bed. Then after I pat the toner in, I use the moisturizer (I use Neutrogena for sensitive skin). I find this routine keeps my skin soft, and if I need to reapply the moisturizer again it's light enough to layer up. Hope this helps!
