dark circles, toner, and moisturizer

Hello Everyone! I am 17 years old and I have dry and sensitive skin. Are there any recommendations for toner and moisturizer and treatment for dark circles? I also have full skin sometimes. I have been using Clinique for a very long time and want to try something new. Is Belif Aqua Bomb a good choice for young skin?

Yes! the Belif brand is actually a Korean brand. And Korean skincare is the most innovative in the world. They have very nice products. You do need to understand that everyone will react differently to the same products. 

I dont have any recommendations for a toner( maybe check one from Belif), but for moisturizer, id defiantly check the belif or the moisturizer from first aid skin, they have very gentle and good products that work. 

As for your eyes, no eye cream will take away your dark circles unfortunately.  There are some products that can help but not get rid of them, for that you would need a laser treatment or filler.... 

However a really nice cream to try for your eyes that have a slight tint and will help the appearance of circles is the Dr Jart No More Baggage or the OleHenricksen Bnana Bright Eye Cream.
