Vitamin c

I just bought the ordinary vitamin c, but it seems to be drying my skin out, but I also just started using right now retinal 1%. Is there a moisturizer anyone would recommend?

@leahlove0511 My retinoid dries my skin out, but I've found that using a moisturizing night balm or mask helps. Based on advice I got here, I've been layering retinoid, a spray, an oil, another spritz of the spray, and the mask, and it helps. My favorite balms are REN Clean Skincare Evercalm™ Overnight Recovery Balm 1.02 oz/ 30 mL  and Drunk Elephant F-Balm™ Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask 1.69 oz/ 50 mL 

For sprays, I've liked Kiehl's Since 1851 Cactus Flower & "Tibetan Ginseng" Hydrating Mist 4.2 oz/ 125 mL  and Caudalie Beauty Elixir Face Mist
