I am trying to find a facial toner that is good for dry and sensitive skin

A good one for dry skin is this one. It has more a lotion texture:

Lancôme Tonique Confort Hydrating Toner with Hyaluronic Acid 6.8 oz / 200 mL 

This one has more a gel texture:

Clarins Extra-Comfort Toning Lotion 6.8 oz/ 200 mL

One good one is the one my sister uses. It is called pharmacy. This one is good because we learned that the glow speed toner is not so good for faces so I would use the pharmacy.

I have extremely dry red skin ... one of the toners I can suggest is the one with rose petals from FRESH

Hi @gmlondono. Two that I used before are #First Aid Beauty Hydrating Toner with Squalane + Oats 6 oz/ 177 mL and LANEIGE Cream Skin Refillable Milky Toner with Ceramides and Peptides . Both are very pleasant and non-irritating.
