@blsmm, in the fall/winter months, my skin is dry to very dry and I experience redness around my nose and some mild rosacea on my cheeks. For me, having a simple but gentle and effective routine that focuses on keeping my skin barrier healthy is key and also trying to avoid the things that are triggers for me when it comes to my rosacea flareups (e.g., certain foods, extreme temperatures, etc). Here's what I usually use this time of the year and that I go back to if I'm trying different products and experience a rosacea flare up.
