I am 30 years old (doesn't wear make up) I've been having a hard time finding something for my skin. It does breakout at times (ance), can be dry and oily at certain areas. What name brand do you all recommend or what steps for the routine? I don't know if I just need a moisturizer for my face or need more like a serum or something. 

I do have dark circles under my eyes so that's a plus.
