Needing to replace an expensive cream? HELP

Okay so as a gift my bf bought me the guerlain orchid imperial face and neck cream and ive been in skin care heaven. But I've just about run out and I don't think he's going to drop another $500 on a face cream. (Plus I think spending $1,000 a year on face cream is TOO much) anyways any suggestions? Im okay with spending up to $150 on a face cream and I'd push room for more if something is really good!

@amanda0 I really liked the Caudalie Premier Cru Cream. I found it very moisturizing, brightening and you don't need a lot. It also smells really nice without being overpowering.

Not luxury with a capital L, but in terms of efficacy at relieving dry skin: drunk elephant lala retro whip. no perfumes, airtight packaging and just packed with high quality, deliciously whipped oils that feel like heaven on dry skin. Even less expensive and almost as good is the belief MOISTURE (not aqua) bomb. I have used la mer after several jars of the retro whip and the quality does not compare, in my opinion. Plus the perfume really bothers me!

I agree Drunk Elephant saved my skin... I'm addicted

Hi @amanda0,

Wow, that Guerlain cream looks luxurious and beautiful. That packaging is a work of art, too. If you're looking for something just as luxurious at a lower price point, I recommend the Creme de la Mer. It is an ultra moisturizing cream that provides an instant healthy glow to the skin. It has seaweed and miracle broth which provide nutrients to the skin. I hope this helps!

Stay Gorgeous,

Penelope
