Need help finding a primer please!

Hii so like the title says I need help finding a primer, something to smooth my base. I have dry sensitive skin. (No oils and little to no fragrances)

I use the L'oreal true match super blendable hydrating formula, and I also use a moustizer (aveeno daily moustizing lotion for dry skin. Basic I know but it seems to work. Still would be nice for the primer to hydrate too) 

I have looked at so many primers but I really don't wanna buy something only for it to end up piling or breaking me out. It's weird because this foundation is kind of a hybrid between sillicone and water based which is what trips me up so much.
