Need help! Makeup separating

Why does my makeup do this?😭 I use all water products! I washed my face, added moisturizer, eye cream, and primer. Idk what I’m doing wrong 🥲 I only do concealer under my eyes and set with a translucent powder

I would remove one item at a time from your skincare routine until you can pin point the culprit. An ingredient in one is possibly not reacting well with the other items in your makeup routine. If you still it without anything separating, you'll know you found the cause.
