NEED a moisturizer

I naturally have had very red and very dry skin throughout my teen years but have been able to manage it by consistently using my Ponds dry skin cream and a foundation. Lately, my acne has been acting up so I'm using a new face wash and acne gel. It's very effective but has dried out my skin more than ever so I'm looking for a heavy duty moisturizer that will really cure my dry skin.

It's so difficult to find a heavy duty moisturizer for people who have acne prone skin. Most companies assume that people that have acne prone skin have oily skin, wich is the problem. My recommendations would be La Roche Posay double repair moisturizer, Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, or Elf Daily Moisturizer Haha. I'm not a dermatologist so don't kill me if these don't work out for you. That's just what I've found works for me.
