Opinions on glow recipe vs laneige vs others

I have dry, sometimes patchy skin. And more often then not dry chapped lips. I previously used the drunk elephant line for my moisturizer and had the tatcha kissu lip mask. 

Due to kids and a chaotic move I've lost almost all my makeup and skin care so my husband has gotten me a very generous gift card to replace what I want. 

I figured it was a good time to try some new things and got samples of the tacha cleanser and the dewy and water moisturizers as well as the overnight repair. And honestly I hate them. They all seem to leave my face feeling very tight and dry. 

So now I'm at a loss for what I should look into.  Im considering glow recipe or laneige but open to others. I'm looking for a day and night moisturizer. Can be different products. As well as a good lip mask. And any other recommendations for must haves. im basically startingbout with eyeliner and a new "foundation"

I'm currently trying the Tower 28 Beauty SunnyDays SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen Foundation in larchmont and considering the Tower 28 Beauty Swipe All-Over Hydrating Serum Concealer in 2.0 bu and MILK MAKEUP Mini Hydro Grip Hydrating Makeup Primer with Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide .33 / 10 mL
