Lightweight Foundation Recommendations Please

So my skin has been extra dry lately due to the colder weather and have been looking for a new lighter-weight foundation that won't emphasize my dryness. Any recommendations for a good foundation for dry skin that doesn't feel heavy, has some coverage, but still looks like skin/not cakey?

I really love the Born this way Foundation by Too Faced. I also use the Hangover Primer because it’s so hydrating and comfortable on dry skin, it really helps the foundation look nice. You can also mix the Primer with the Foundation for a more lightweight, light-medium coverage, it’s like mixing your own tinted moisturizer. I saw this truck shared by Too Faced on their IG and really like it!

Tarte shape tape foundation in hydration. You can purchse it from tartes webite. Its not sold currently on sephora since its new.
