Laura Mercier Setting Powder

Is it really worth the hype? I have very dry skin under my eyes and I know that the KVD one didn't work for me, as it gave me dry patches and made my skin itchy. I want to try this powder, but I am scared to, because of my bad experience. What loose setting powder would you recommend?

Re: Laura Mercier Setting Powder

I like the LM powder, but I recently have been LOVING the Derma Blend loose setting powder. It works so well for me (even with my crazy dry skin) and I can use it to set or bake makeup without any issues!

Re: Laura Mercier Setting Powder

I wouldn't recommend getting it. I find it quite drying to my skin and it definitely clings to dry patches. It is better than some other powders, but definitely not great for dry skin.

Re: Laura Mercier Setting Powder

I have pretty dry skin and I love my LM setting powder. Though you do have to make sure your under eyes are moisturized before adding your foundation/concealer and setting powder. If I skip my skin care or don't do the full routine I have noticed that LM CAN add dry patches, but if I prep beforehand it really doesn't give me any issues.

Re: Laura Mercier Setting Powder

i would get the LM, RCMA or the new too faced peaches and cream setting powder
