Hydrating primers?

I have lots of acne, I always assumed I had oily skin. I’ve spent lots of money on mattifying and anti oil product....just found out you can still have acne w/ dry skin. In need of a good hydrating primer!

The Too Faced hangover is a moisturing primer and I’ve loved it.

the Smashbox moisturizer / primer is the best primer I've ever used. it's nice and hydrating but still light enough to where it doesn't weigh the skin down it also makes your makeup application much smoother. it's one of their newer ones I believe it's water-based
