Hydrating Foundation for Pale Skin

Okay, so the Loreal Pro Glow foundation is one of my favorite foundations but the lightest color is always so dark on me. (Usually I mix in a white mixer to tone the darkness down...) but I really want a hydrating foundation that fits my skin without a mixer...any suggestions?

A foundation won’t necessarily be hydrating but a primer will be! The Hangover Primer by Too Faced is perfect. For foundations that are for pale/ dry skin look into Born this Way and the Tarte BB tint 12 hour primer

Josie Maran vibrancy is nice, comes in pretty fair shades, and is moisturizing. I’m not sure about drugstore brands that are fair/light.
