Good moisturizer for extremely dry hands?

Hi everyone! I have extremely dry skin with eczema and my hands are the worst! I am a constant hand washer and my hands are always dry cracked and red. I need to find a good moisturizer that heals my hands and helps with the redness. I don't care about the price or if it's greasy or smells bad. I just need something to intensely moisturize my skin. Any recommendations help! Thanks!!

RE: Good moisturizer for extremely dry hands?

The first Aid beauty moisturizer is the best I also have eczema so I know how it's feels .this moisturizer is sold and marketed for people with eczema . It's sold in Sephora and if u are not sure buy the travel size to test it out first.

@ksn182 I can't live without Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula Hand Cream.  I have my friends hooked on it, too.  I keep two at work, three at home and one in my purse.  Affordable, too!

Sephora now carries this brand called Roger&Gallet, they have this amazing rose hand cream!

Hi @ksn182! I highly recommend looking into the One Minute Hand Scrub from L'Occitane:

this always helps reset my hands when they are super dry. I also keep one of the L'Occitane hand creams in my purse and on my vanity to use throughout the day when my hands are feeling dry.

Since you wash your hands a lot maybe consider getting a moisturizing soap too!

Re: Good moisturizer for extremely dry hands?

Hi @ksn182, one that helped me a lot is the Paula's Choice Clinical Extra Rich Moisturizer. It is definitely greasy but I found it works. Regular Cerave lotion in the tub is good but not as good as the Paula's Choice moisturizer. Occasionally I even use my Drunk Elephant Lala Cream on my hands but I wouldn't recommend that (it does work but it's expensive for that purpose!). If all else fails, I'd see your derm for a prescription.
