Full coverage concealers for dry skin

What's the best under-eye concealer with full coverage that is suitable for dry skin with deep lines around the eye? I am liking LA Girl Pro Concealer, but want something better.

I've been using the born this way concealer by too faced its also infused with coconut water and I like it.
