What are some good full coverage foundations for dry skin? I’m very fair and have a cool undertone. Thank you!

Smashbox Primer Oil along with Hourglass Vanish Stick foundation. Makeup Forever foundation stick is also pretty good if you want more dewy.

I swear by Shiseido Radiant Lift for a bit of a dewy finish. Also covers sun spots. It gives a look of perfect skin. I use their lightest shade and it matches my pale cool skin, plus lasts all day with a powder at lunch.
