Dry Looking Concealer

By the end of the day my concealer always end up looking dry. I moisturize and use an eye cream night and day. I currently use MILK MAKEUP - Flex Concealer and set it with BECCA - Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder. I've tried using an eyeshadow primer first, but it always makes the concealer sit weird on my skin. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think that’s inevitable. I always use KORA Organics Noni Glow Radiant Eye Oil .34 oz / 10 mL under my concealer, it prevents it from looking cakey. I work very long days though so when I get home I do notice my concealer has shifted.
