hi! i have absolutely terrible winter and stress-induced eczema, which means i am currently facing the worst of it right now. does anyone have recommendations for eczema-ridden lips? bonus points if it looks good! best of luck to other eczema friends!

Hey there 💓 I'm so sorry to read your lips are going through it! My dermatitis flares up in the winter and It always destroy my lips.

Here are my fave products:

Tower 28 Beauty Mini SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 1 oz/ 30 mL This one is a life saver! the only thing keeping my skin from freaking out.

Kosas Kosasport LipFuel Hyaluronic Acid Lip Balm This one is my must have. I have applied it on chapped broken lips and they always get better the moment I apply this. It's heavenly. Im on my third tube-- LOVE!

Skinfix Eczema+ Dermatitis Face Balm 0.48 oz/ 13.5 mL or Skinfix Barrier+ Lip Repair Balm 0.42 oz/ 12 g When the case is extreme, you gotta go all in, and these two work amazing. You don't need them both, the advantage of getting the balm its that you can apply it in your face/ body if you get a flare up ❤️ 

Also, Random product suggestion if your skin ever goes through it: Topicals Like Butter Mask for Dry, Sensitive & Eczema-Prone Skin 1.7 oz/ 50 mL *Chef's kiss* this one takes the cake!

@nora193992 I go through periods of irritated and dry, cracking lips on occasion and lately what has worked best for me is Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 Shea Butter & Vitamin E 

I also like that it has SPF to help protect my lips a bit from the sun, since I spend a lot of time outside and have also dealt with sunburnt lips. It’s just a balm, so there won’t be any color, but I find it to be fairly glossy so you can expect a bit of shine. For lip color, I stay away from matte finishes and stick to cream ones when I’m experiencing dryness.

Hi @nora193992! I also have eczema on my face. For lips, I’m using SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Lip Balm & Scrub Dragonfruit (just the balm, I haven’t tried the scrub). I also use Skinfix Eczema+ Dermatitis Face Balm 0.48 oz/ 13.5 mL. Tower 28 Beauty SOS Intensive Redness Relief Serum with Hypochlorous Acid 2 oz / 59 mL is great for calming everything down when it flares up and goes red as @bakeamuffin mentioned.

@nora193992 Try incorporating the Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 4 oz/ 120 mL into your skincare routine, it will help calm the eczema, reduce redness and help to balance the sensitive skin of your lips. Follow up by applying Aquaphore by Eucerin to seal in the product and moisture.
