Bumpy skin on forehead

Hello..I wondering if anyone could help my I have dry skin and sometime textured skin! Since winter started I've been getting little bumps on my forehead and small pimples but I never had acne before. Can anyone tell my why this is happening and what I could do to fix it??

I watched a video yesterday about this subject..if it's small white bumps it may be what is called fungal acne which is not actually acne and will not respond to acne products. I would Google fungal acne to see if that is what you're dealing with

I've heard that little bumps on the forehead means that you need to drink more water

Thank you! Your probably right I've been lacking on my water intake As stupid as it sounds I never thought of that lol

Well this was the sign I needed, I've been drinking way too much coffee & not enough water for sure
