Best primer for dry skin?

What should I look for in a primer, there are so many out there, but not sure which ones will be best for dry to normal skin?

If you have dry skin, look for a primer with hydrating ingredients that will not dry out your skin or cling onto dry patches. I really the YVES SAINT LAURENT - Touche Eclat Blur Primer because it has four nourishing oils.
