Best powder for dry skin ?

Deeply in need of a great powder to set my under eye that doesn't not bring out my dry patches

Tarte shape tape perfectly conceals my under eyes and I do not need to set it with powered. It has a matte finish. I discovered it a few months ago and it is truly incredible.

My first suggestion is to hydrate your dry patches with an eye cream and to use a hydrating primer to avoid any product grabbing onto drier areas.   

Josie Maran Argan foundation is great for not drying out your skin.  Using less powder is ideal in your undereye area.

I've heard the new Wowder by Glossier is supposed to be good for dry skin!

Im a fan of the Kat Von D Setting powder. If you're looking for under eyes only I think there's still a mini size available and it'll last for ages!
