Best moisturizer for under makeup for dry skin

Looking for a good moisturizer to wear daily under makeup. The brand I’m using now I like, but can only buy online and would like something i can grab at the store while I’m out. Thanks!!

@ambuckley I second the DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream. 

It is fantastic for dry skin and is great under makeup.

@ambuckley  My holy grail for winter is DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream.

It's incredibly moisturizing and I never have a problem with it making my face shiny under makeup.
