Best Concealer for dry under eyes?

I have very dry skin and I am having a hard time finding a concealer for under my eyes.  What is a good product/brand to use that will not settle in my fine lines or crease?

I love to use a little bit of the Glossier Stretch concealer with some Nars Radiant Creamy concealer on top. 

The Glossier is so hydrating - it's basically a tinted balm.

I apply the face moisturizer even under the eye area, then I use Maybelline Instant Age Renew (I swear by this concealer)
I use the Beauty Blender, or Real Technique's orange sponge and then gently pat it with my ring finger
90% of the time don't even set it with a powder, but when I do, it's the Rimmel London's Stay Matte pressed powder

For dry skin, I recommend the Tarte Color Clay CC Under Eye Corrector. Is a little oily and it gives coverage so I think it will help as a primer while you find a perfect concealer.

L.A. Girl mixed with nars creamy radiant concealer. Also, try not to apply so much setting powder.

Try a concealer that is not as thick (like no tarte shape tape). I love the naked skin concealer, also using a setting powder helps!
