Return without box and receipt

Hello, I would like to return the Tatcha water cream oil free moisturizer. I purchased it on 5/31/24 and I’m not satisfied. I don’t have my receipt or box but I used my phone number at the store. Can I still return or exchange?

Yes, you can! As long as the product is gently used and the purchase is in your Beauty Insider account, the store should be able to assist you. You don't need the original product packaging. You can return the item for a refund within 30 days, or an exchange or store credit within 31-60 days.
