Re: tarte amazonian clay foundation

I have dry skin and I love this foundation. It smoothes out my textured skin and makes me look so youthful.

Re: tarte amazonian clay foundation

It can end up caked depending on how you apply it. I've found using a beauty blender with this foundation works aloooot better if you want it to be lighter coverage. It is buildable either way, and it's a great foundation. You could also try the Amarion clay stick foundation too. I like the stick a bit better as it just applies faster for me but the original Amazonian clay foundation seems to last longer on my skin.

Re: tarte amazonian clay foundation

I had someone put it on me and at first I liked it, bought it and then when I get home put it on I was like AHH! It wasn't for me. One reason is it's FULL coverage and it felt very heavy and thick on the skin, it's a kind of thick mouse type consistency that I particularly don't like. It was a little bit cakey but I was not into the beauty blenders then so I am curious how it would of turn out with a damp blender sponge. Hope that helps! NARS sheer glow is my holy grail! Light and buildable!
