new replacement shade for 11.5 Best Skin Ever Multi-use concealer and longwear foundation

These long time favorites are no longer available.  What shade replaces them?

@sealed4ever The website doesn't show an option for the concealer (they've got 9P, 12N, and 13P) but it seems that 11.5 is now 12P in the foundation.
