can anyone tell me whats a really good product that will give me good  natural glowing skin

Are you looking for Highlighter or something that can be put in a foundation/moisturizer?

For highlight I personally really like the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sun Dipped palette. I have more fair/medium skin, but I think all four colors in it work great for all skin colors to give it a natural glow. The two darker tones "Bronzed" and "Tourmaline" would give a more natural looking glow, and then you can use the lighter "Moonstone" and "Summer" ones if you want to make your highlight more noticeable 

You can also use Anastasia's Liquid Glow to blend in with your foundation to give you a natural looking glow without adding extra highlighters to to your face if you don't want that
