Winter/Quarantine foundation shade?

I usually wear NARS Sheer Glow Syracuse, but it looks a lot darker/orange since I haven't been outside much in quarantine. I'm trying to figure out what shade to pick if I want to go a few shades lighter but not get the wrong undertone. Syracuse is medium to medium-deep with golden undertones, should I just look for medium with gold/yellow undertones? I was looking at Punjab, but worried it would be too light/pink. Thank you!!!!
