When is the right time?

Hello beauty complexion peeps 🖤

I've been dying to buy the BECCA - Ultimate Coverage 24-Hour Foundation but since we are at the end of the summer & also, since my tan is VERY uneven (my face, arms, neck and chest have all very different shades, my chest being the lightest and my arms the darkest), I am not sure when should I do my purchase & also how match my foundation colour... when do you usually purchase your winter shade? When do you usually purchase your summer shade?

I don't personally have a winter/summer shade. I suppose because I'm skincare conscious and wear SPF. I just add bronzer into the mix.

Usually that works but for some reason it didn’t sat correctly on my face with my uneven bronzer 😕
