What is the most natural foundation?

I personally wear mattifying powder and a bit of concealer under my eyes in place of foundation, but sometimes for events I'd like to be a bit more "flawless" without being Cakey or unnatural. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I think Urban Decay Naked foundation is good. A little goes a long way, and it has a luminous finish that looks more like real skin.

I like the Bobbi Brown stick foundation. It gives a light to medium coverage, and never looks cakey. It just always makes my skin look like me, but better.

I really enjoy Born this way by Too Faced. Its just a perfect overall foundation that can work with any skin type. Its a "your skin but better" type of foundation

I'd probably recommend MUFE water blend foundation or a tinted moisturizer of your choice. I like the water blend because it's primarily water (it has that consistency) and has a sheer-light coverage. It feels weightless, comes in a variety of shades, is relatively water proof and transfer free-ish. 

I like that it has most of the components of the tinted moisturizers (sheer, not drying, lightweight) but also has some of the foundation features too (more shades, water-proof and buildable). It's also larger than the regular 30ml (1 0z) bottles that you would pay for other foundations.
