What is the best under eye concealer?

Looking for a concealer to brighten my under eyes. I find everything I try settles into the fine lines under my eyes, whether I set with powder or not.

YSL All Hours Concealer is my HG under-eye concealer. Unlike NARS Radiant Creamy, Tarte’s Shape Tape, Urban Decay’s Naked, this truly has a skin-like finish. The color swatches are one shade lighter online than real life but this has never settled into any fine lines, wrinkles, or creases, literally lasts all day and night no matter what you’re doing, non-drying, sets like a dream. This has never caused me to break out even when applied to my entire face which I do for an absolute full coverage look, easy to blend, and one layer is all you need. The formula is not oily, leans more on the thin side, has never oxidized on me, and if you want a brightening affect go with the Porcelain or Ivory as neither are ghost-white but more of a light salmon color. The only thing I don’t like about this product is the packaging it’s in a cheap plastic tube with a doe foot applicator that takes out just enough to dot around the area without dispensing too much product.

The tarte shape tape is the best concealer ever! (You can purchase it at ulta or tarte.com)

I also like the NARS creamy concealer. Every time I try something else I'm less happy!

I recommend NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. There are a variety of shades to choose from which I like. A lot of concealers I've tried are either too yellow or don't provide enough coverage, but this NARS concealer has been great.

I'm more of a Too Faced Born This Way person. It has good coverage, and easy to not look like a reverse raccoon. It doesn't smell like anything, sadly. 😞 But it's still one of the best you will find. 

I would also say to NOT do Tarte Marajuaca Concealer.  It is one of the worst I have ever used. It settles into those lines you hate, cakes on, and is very thick and almost muddy in consistency. I am saving you from certain death.

I like using the colourpop concealer. It’s not too heavy and lasts all day for me. I tried using the shape tape for under eye concealing but it creased badly and just didn’t look right.

Tarte shape tape is my holy grail. I do not need a lot of coverage (it's full) but it sets so nicely you may not even  need a powder. And it brightens really well too.

A nearly exact dupe for this is the new-ish colorpop concealer and at fraction of the cost.
