What is a good setting powder?

I am looking for a loose powder for prom. I am looking for one that helps control oil all over the face but is not drying for the under eyes. My current setting powder is super drying and makes the skin under my eyes have a really weird texture and exaggerates creasing. Id also like one without flashback!

Both of these are very fine powders (the peach one more so than the BTW) that set my makeup beautifully, keep my t-zone matte and don't accentuate my fine lines around the eyes.
