Water/Serum Foundation

I have been trying lots of BB/CC Creams and Tinted Moisturizers. Despite the fact that most of these products are quite sheer, I still feel like I can't get a close enough shade match that's acceptable for me. I'm light skinned probably between fair and porcelain with neutral undertones.

I like being able to apply face products with my fingers. Would a water/serum foundation be something I should consider? If so, any recommendations and ones that have a good shade range? Thank you!

try the ordinary serum foundation it's very affordable and cruelty free
