WRONG SHADE

Ok so, I ask for help with matching my foundation from the employees, and I love y’all, but the lack of training they do for matching on top of the very deep yellow lighting, i keep getting the wrong foundation. 

I have already exchanged a foundation three times. And I feel absolutely gutted about going in to exchange it one last time. Is that possible? I’m not trying to get in nor get one of the employees in trouble. Please help!

I am sorry for the trouble you have had finding a foundation match. You should still be able to return or exchange the foundation as long as you have the receipt.
