WRONG SHADE

Ok so, I ask for help with matching my foundation from the employees, and I love yโ€™all, but the lack of training they do for matching on top of the very deep yellow lighting, i keep getting the wrong foundation. 

I have already exchanged a foundation three times. And I feel absolutely gutted about going in to exchange it one last time. Is that possible? Iโ€™m not trying to get in nor get one of the employees in trouble. Please help!

I am sorry for the trouble you have had finding a foundation match. You should still be able to return or exchange the foundation as long as you have the receipt.
