Shade finder, acne prone dry skin

Hi everyone! I’m trying to find a new foundation, Iv tried kosas (shade 120), Armani Beauty (shade 2) . I have dry acne prone skin. Everything separates or clings to my dry spots on my face. I want more of a full coverage. I heard about trying to Lady Gaga foundation as well. I’m trying to figure out a shade but the shade finder doesn’t work. I’m fair skin, I burn very easily and I believe my undertone is cool? I have blue veins if that helps. I just want to find a foundation that works well for my acne prone dry skin. Even if I prep my skin and do all the right things it either peels or cracks and separates. I also heard about trying the nars foundation. If anyone has advice please let me know thank you.
