Shade Finder Error? Has anyone else encountered this?

I'm trying to pick out a new foundation before the Spring Sale starts & in the past I've use the Shade Finder as a starting point. However, it keeps failing to work on the app & keeps giving me an error message! Is it just my phone or has anyone else encountered this issue? Lmk! Thanks!

@danielledanielle gave some great advice @BaseballJen , Findnation is very helpful. 👌 you have to add the www and the dot com yourself because we can't add links here.  Did you try it out?

I noticed the same issue yesterday and today. I came here to see if there was any information about it. Is there any way to contact support?

I've had this issue for over a year now.  It's stupidly frustrating.

I haven't used shade finder recently @BaseballJen , but I've noticed my shade matches just disappear and reappear at random 😔🤷🏽‍♀️

You can use findination ( findination dot com ) instead. 

We can't use outside links so enter . where it says dot.
