Question about Foundation shade!

I’m interested in buying HOURGLASS - Veil Fluid Makeup Oil Free Broad Spectrum SPF 15 but don’t know what shade I’d be. Currently using CHARLOTTE TILBURY - Light Wonder Foundation - 3 Fair and findation and other sites are showing a match that’s much darker than I’d actually be. Anyone have any experience using Hourglass Veil Foundation and if so do the shades tend to start pretty light or since there are only a few shades in this foundation, should I go lighter? thanks so much!

Hi @janesterling !  I recently tried a sample card of CT's Light Wonder Foundation, which included shade 3.

I could wear either 3 or 4, but 4 looks better on me.  Shade 3 seems to be a little more on the neutral side, which makes me think that the Veil foundation in shade 2, Light Beige (and unfortunately out of stock here on Sephora,) could be a good match for you.

It is described as a medium beige, but I would still categorize the intensity of the shade as light.  Hope that helps!
