Port wine stain

I have a small port wine stain on my on upper lip. I've always had trouble hiding it and it's all I see. Any ideas? Also I have really dry skin, so nothing that will really dry my skin out.

Re: Port wine stain

Hi!

I also have a port wine stain, it takes up my whole right neck, and goes down to my chest. I'm 33 years old and am still searching for the perfect coverage. I've worn DemaBlend for years, CoverFX, MakeupForever, now I'm trying Keromask Camoflauge Cream which does cover well since it's so pigmented but it's still not perfect, and I would prefer something with SPF , which Kermoask doesn't have.

I noticed the response on the green cream, I've yet to try that because I've been skeptical that it's not for the type of redness that port wine stains have.  Has anyone successfully covered a port wine stain without putting on 10lbs of make up?

Re: Port wine stain

I would suggest trying a green color corrector if you haven't tried one already. The color green will help to neutralize the red tones. Many brands carry a green corrector and they generally come in cream and liquid form both should work fine with dry skin although the cream is a thicker consistency. Also Kat Von D Lock-it foundation has great coverage if you don't mind a full coverage foundation if you don't want full coverage all over the face you could just apply with a brush to the affected area. Hope this helps!
