Peach vs Golden Foundation Undertone?

Could someone please tell me what the difference is between peach undertones and golden tones (esp regarding foundation shade selection)? I think I have a neutral leaning slightly warm skin undertone, and I'm trying to figure out if the slight warm undertones are more peach or golden?
