Nars soft matte concealer

Has anyone else had difficulty opening their NARS soft matte concealer? Mine came in the mail yesterday and for the life of me I canโ€™t get the lid off. Iโ€™m so excited to try it but canโ€™t get the dang thing open. What am I missing? Lol
