NARS PRISMATIC POWDER

Has anyone tried the NARS Prismatic Powder in the shade Aurora?

So, my NARS finishing powder that I’ve used for so long finally broke when I dropped it.  I was sad to say goodbye but, hey, that lets me shop for new stuff! I was trying for a similar replacement and looking for the NARS Light Reflecting powder in Fog when I came across the Prismatic.  It’s a pastel mix of soft pinks, blues, and yellows that looks amazing in the pan. It brightens and gives a touch of radiance, much like the Translucent shades you see around.  (Anyone try the Dior translucent powder?)  I was looking for a skin matching powder as that is what I’m used to.  I looked at the Translucent shade when no one had the Fog in stock, but just wasn’t really sold on them.  But the Prismatic looks so cool that I couldn't help but get lost in it.  Anyone have experience or opinions on any of these?

Re: NARS PRISMATIC POWDER

@Askenjuri Hi- I have the prismatic in Moonwave.  It seems to have the same shades as Aurora but Aurora is lighter.

I have light, cool skin, and Moonwave can make me look too pale in a heartbeat, and I don't use much at all. I would say these two shades would make good highlighters but not good for all over the face application, unless you are very fair.

I'll tell you what worked beautifully though- always get compliments and it just makes my face look soft- is the prismatic powder in Solstice.  It definitely is more of a skin-toned powder, with the added glow that you like in Aurora.

I also have Fog.  This is a totally different powder from Aurora.  It does not have the glow you like in Aurora.  I would use it to reduce shine or neutralize too much blush. The shade Fog ended up looking like it would be a good powder for me in the summer when I have a little bit of a tan.  I don't think it will turn chalky on me.

Nars has two new prismatic shades, Constellation and Twinkle, you might want to check out.
